5651 Page Blvd is a flagship mixed-use project transforming St. Louis’ West End and Hamilton Heights neighborhoods with affordable housing and vibrant street-level retail. It will create a neighborhood hub for residents, small businesses, and community services.

Sustainable design—energy-efficient systems, expanded green space, and resilient construction—reduces environmental impact and lowers long-term operating costs. By adding quality homes, local jobs, and new storefronts, 5651 Page Blvd will strengthen the local economy, support entrepreneurs, and renew community pride.

Construction is slated to begin in 2027.
